Fill the water reservoir with water, leaving 4-5 cm of space at the top. Set the thermostat to 100 degrees. The indicator light will illuminate, and the water will boil in approximately 20-25 minutes. Once the water boils, reduce the thermostat setting to 70-80 degrees. Fill the tea strainer in the brewing chamber with the boiled water. Then add your desired amount of tea. Your tea will be brewed in about 10 minutes.
Cleaning : Depending on the water’s hardness level, the appliance should be cleaned with citric acid according to the instructions at least once a week.
Attention : Never operate the appliance without water. Absolutely do not use chemical descalers like drain cleaner. Appliances damaged due to limescale buildup or operation without water are not covered under warranty.
